Mark has over 30 years of experience in Finance, Operations, General Management, Strategy and Talent Management across multiple industries.  Mark is a global business leader with an exceptional record of creating value for public and private-equity organizations, including outperforming in high-growth sectors, and turning around underperforming business portfolios. Mark served as the Chief Financial Officer of TE Connectivity's Transportation Solutions segment which was comprised of four businesses aggregating $9 billion in annual revenues.  Previously, Mark served as Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Measurement Specialties, Inc., a publicly held company in the Sensors industry with an Enterprise Value of $1.7 billion.  He led Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Legal and Human Resources.  Mark also has served as Chief Financial Officer of Kohlberg private-equity-sponsored Allied Aerospace Industries, Inc., a provider of complex engineering solutions for Aerospace & Defense contractors and government agencies.
